At Smart Public School, we are committed to providing clarity and transparency in our fee payment processes. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth academic experience for your child.

  • 1st Installment: Pay on or before 15th Juneย 

  • 2nd Installment: Payย on or before 15th Septemberย 

Note:ย  Timely payment of fees is essential.ย

  • In-Person: Payments can be made at the school office during designated hours.
  • Online: Secure online payment options are available.

Receipts will be issued upon successful payment.

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM โ€“ 3:30 PM

  • Saturday: 9:30 AM โ€“ 1:00 PM

  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

๐Ÿ”„ Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Any pending dues must be cleared before the issuance of Transfer Certificates or other official documents.

  • The school reserves the right to revise the fee structure annually.

  • Non-payment of fees may result in the suspension of student services, including access to classes and examinations.

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the local governing authority.
